随着时代的进步与发展，短短几年内，在我们不经意间，身边有了翻天覆地的变化。大量的信息涉入，不断的开拓了人们的视野，让人们对品质、美感有了更多的追求。由于消费模式的改变，全新的海鲜类餐饮已经不再局限于沿海地区，消费者对餐饮空间的设计品味也在全面提升。

With the progress and development of The Times, in just a few years, we inadvertently, there have been earth-shaking changes around. A large number of information involved in, and constantly expand the horizons of people, let people have more pursuit of quality, beauty. Due to the change of consumption pattern, the brand new seafood catering is no longer limited to the coastal areas, and consumers~q~ taste in the design of catering space is also improving comprehensively.

鱼乐轩——俄罗斯海鲜直供餐厅，是一家主营俄罗斯帝王蟹与龙虾的文化旅游主题餐厅。项目位于哈尔滨群力友谊西路和景江西路交汇处。作为离俄罗斯最近的省会城市，得天独厚的地理位置使其立足于无国界海鲜直供，保证了原料的新鲜。整体风格并没有完全以俄式风格为主体，而是在东方美学的基础上加以海洋的元素，形成具有专属性的风格空间。

Yulexuan, a Russian seafood restaurant, specializes in Russian king crab and lobster. The project is located at the intersection of qunli friendship west road and jingjiangxi road in Harbin. As the nearest provincial capital city to Russia, its unique geographical position makes it based on the direct supply of seafood without borders, which ensures the freshness of raw materials. The overall style is not entirely Russian style as the main body, but on the basis of Oriental aesthetics to the ocean elements, forming a unique style space.

项目投资者是几位从事餐饮事业二十多年有情怀的“老”餐饮人。他们对于餐饮有着独到的见解与追求，并且想在餐饮市场中创造出具有特色的路子。在设计初期，我们从多角度考虑、平衡各方需求、包括经营者以及就餐者的空间共荣……。因此，我们既要充分善用空间，同时也要保证就餐者的空间使用体验。所以在餐厅动线设计、灯光设计、空间结构等方面都进行了考量。与此同时，我们设置了主餐区、吧台区、户外用餐区等多种餐位，满足不同就餐者的用餐需求。原木形成的船型结构与透明的玻璃船窗，呈现出海底的景观。波光粼粼的铜板雕刻着镂空的图案，使空间增添了几分碧波动感。精致的线条贯穿整个空间，简洁中不乏细节，清新明快的色调散发着海洋的气息，透过明亮的弧形落地玻璃窗，仿佛拉近了我们与海洋的距离。 

The project investors are several "old" catering people who have been engaged in catering business for more than 20 years. They have unique insights and pursuit of food and beverage, and want to create a unique way in the food and beverage market. At the initial stage of design, we consider and balance the needs of all parties, including the operator and the dining space co-prosperity... . Therefore, we should not only make good use of space, but also ensure the space use experience of diners. So in the restaurant line design, lighting design, space structure and other aspects were considered. At the same time, we set up the main dining area, bar area, outdoor dining area and other seats to meet the dining needs of different diners. The structure of the wooden boat and the transparent glass Windows of the boat show the sea floor. The copper plate with glittering wave is engraved hollow out design, make the space added a few minutes of blue wave to move feeling. Delicate lines run through the whole space, and there are no lack of details in the simplicity. The fresh and lively colors send out the breath of the ocean. Through the bright arc-shaped floor-to-ceiling glass Windows, it seems that they close the distance between us and the ocean.

通过一年的共同配合与努力，我们逐一攻克工艺节点的难点，提高每个细节的品质，严格筛选材料使用。对于图形元素的应用进行反复的组合与推敲，每个环节的投入都进行严格把控，逐渐将这个新的作品呈现在大众的视野。

Through a year of joint cooperation and efforts, we overcome the difficulties of process nodes one by one, improve the quality of every detail, and strictly screen the use of materials. The application of graphic elements is repeatedly combined and deliberated, and the input of each link is strictly controlled, gradually presenting this new work to the public.
